The office should operate more professionally. Several times I have arrived 10 minutes prior to my 11am appointment time and the office is not open. The staff member arrives 25 minutes late, arriving with her McDonalds lunch in hand. Then proceeds to call the doctor at home informing him his patients are at the office.
