Dr. Shoari and the young man, Jack, who assisted him were amazing! They explained the procedure in detail and gave excellent feedback on what to do afterwards. The receptionist was really kind at the front desk. Thank for your care!
My appointment was a 5. I was taken into the office as soon as I arrived, the nurse was so pleasant and she remembered what we spoke about at my last appointment and previous phone calls. She was genuinely interested in how I was doing. Doctor Shoari came in right away, spent time going through my progress. He examined me and talked through everything he thought would work best for me. He also made a point to urge me to call if I had any questions or concerns that we didn't address at this visit.
Listens to your concerns and questions. He has been mine and my son’s doctor for several years and we feel well taken care of!
He was concerned and willing to check out all options to address my neuropathy.
