The worst billing sysrem I've ever experienced. Same bill isuued with add'l charges for same procedure numerous times without any explanation. Most reps have poor command of English language. I've sent via email several co payments made at time of visit but they are never recorded or included in numerous statements. I'm concerned because the billing depth. Is poorly managed and does not work with in conjunction with the offices where procedures and visits are done. The billing dept should be investigated regarding billing. S... read more

I must have gone on a bad day because the ladies at the front desk were rude. Dr Sarhan was pleasant and had a bit more patience than the ladies at the front desk
