I needed a prior authorization for a new diabetic medication that the doctor prescribed. The lady Rinan that does the prior authorizations for him gave my insurance company the wrong history and filled out the form wrong. The medicine didn’t get covered. Then when I called back to help get it fixed, she got annoyed on the phone and hung up in my face. They are not professional in that clinic not to mention how chaotic it is to check in and wait an hour for your turn. I won’t be going back there.
Very disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My first appointment started almost 40 minutes late, and the office was extremely crowded. After the doctor ordered tests, no one followed up on my abnormal results, and I had to push just to schedule a follow-up appointment. The doctor also asked me to switch labs so he could receive the results directly, which meant traveling farther, yet he still never followed up on the results. Medical personnel were excellent at my first visit. Front and support staff are rude. We’re all here seeking help for a health issue…show some compassion. Actual medical assistant needs to find a new profession!
