Is a wonderful neurologist and genuinely cares about his patients.
He is good
I took my friend in, although we had to wait several months, it was worth the wait to get help from a knowledgeable and kind doctor who knows his way around. He looked at my friend's past history, which was extensive and has lasted 41 years. The new prescriptions are working to help with her tremors, unsteady walk, and temporary paralysis. I was afraid she would end up in a wheel chair, but her coordination has improved so much, she is walking again, with aids. Thank you Dr. Owais.
Referral sent by PCM to Dr. Owais on June 23rd. Today we get a message from the PCM saying that the Dr. is taking new patients, just refuses to see my 80 year old mother with no other explanation given. Have never heard of this in my 35 years in the medical field. Do not recommend anyone wasting their time on this guy, he obviously has enough business where he can pick and choose and waste people's time.
Doc Owais seen me in his office on short notice. I was in need of a neurologist and he stepped up. He is very smart and he listens to you. He squeezed me in but he did not rush me in the visit. My wife and I both liked him very much. He will be my neurologist from here on out. Again I really liked him.
