Unprofessional staff, uncaring and unconcerned with patients health. Be prepared to get dumped as a patient if you haven’t been visiting regularly. Even though you see the nurse practitioner more often than the Doctor.
Unfortunately about this gastroenterology group I have nothing positive to mention because after having scheduled an appointment and verifying it online they did not send the link, I suspended activities and they did not have the delicacy and education to give an explanation or an apology about why I did not get properly attended!
Great doctor, wonderful results, and a compliment of wonderful, cheerful nurses. I recommend the group without any reservation.
Worst Doctor Ever diagnosed me without running any test doesn't want to hear anything you have to say he's all about the money...
I think he is a very good doctor
Cause extreme pain and nerve damage constant bloody stool for three months problem dedicating can't eat but jello and toast can't walk without walker or cane went in because of retaining water walking fine after surgery can't walk
This doctor does care for you! he's all about the money. Doesn't want to hear what you have to say. He already knows. Worst doctor EVER!!! Run.
The doctor has an excellent bedside manner. He listens to all of your issues and does not try to rush you.
Dr. Mastali was very helpful to me. I did have an issue during colonoscopy prep, and he could not have been kinder and more caring. My husband was on the phone with him and he called in a prescription right away, and gave my husband directions on how to help me over this issue. I think he is great, and I felt completely comfortable with the procedure and at his office.
