Firstly and Foremost Dr Hay saved my life (along with many others at the Perlmutter BMT team but he was my primary BMT Physician). This is why I give 'the five star' rating. There are not enough words of thanks a person can give for this, for saving your life, because I surely and most definitely would be dead by now. I was diagnosed with AML and went through multiple treatments at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), all of which, unfortunately, failed. I had lost hope of surviving.
