Dr. Duncan had seen our child since infancy! She is extremely professional, kind, genuinely concerned, a very good listener, prompt to communicate with us when we have questions, always has a smile on her face and a hop in her walk!!! :-)
Positive experience.first time ever using an urgent care.after using only family doctors had to use on a sunday morning.staff was professional friendly and efficient.doctor diagnosed what I had suspected and prescribed medication.in and out within an hour. Was surprisingly impressed.
Those in charge of billing, and who are located in Ashland City, are some of the most difficult people to deal with I have ever encountered. Many don't even know how their own billing system works. It also seems that many are not above lying to you, and are very good at giving people the run-around. I have dealt with them many times over many years and it never changes. I recommend dealing with the "Patient Notebook" people (who are out-of-state/out-of-country) noted on your bill, OR avoid their service entirely. These peopl... read more
Great doctors. Yes, it is a busy practice, but I've never had a tough time getting my children in when they need to be seen. Of course, well-child checks and physicals for athletics require a little planning, but that's to be expected. I love this practice.
DO NOT Do business here! They will not work with you on a bill nor will you get any financial help if you can not pay. Even if Samaritan says you are covered 100% you are not! Go some place else!
My daughter went there and may have a dislocated finger so they took X-rays but Jane to send them out to be read... They said 2 day( no response ) so I called they were rude and said it could take a week.. Today is a week and 3 days and no call at all to let me know anything... Gonna turn them in to summa because they need to be looked at before paying them anything!! Big waist of time and a long time for a kid to wait to see if she has a dislocation...unbelievable !
My daughter had been sick for 3 days with a very sore throat. When I called to take her in, they told me I had a $10 collection that needed to be paid before I made the appointment. Obviously money is far more important to them than a child's health!!!!
A great physician and excellent bed-side manners. Knowledgeable and through in his care and treatment of clients. Highly recommended.
My husband went here to this urgent care on Sunday and was told he has a cold, when he clearly has a sinus infection. Has a history of recurring sinus infections which only improve with antibiotic, but he was sent away with Nasonex, which was not helpful. (was unable to see his primary doctor on short notice due to work timing and appoitment availability) It was bad enough before, but has gotten even worse (as we knew it would) since his visit.
