Was very nice to my mother. Explained things so we could understand. Seemed to be truly concerned.his assistant was very helpful also.
I have never not one time felt at ease in this Drs office. The receptionist was never that nice of a person, maybe due to being overworked with no help, who knows. Now to the nurse the head nurse I can't think of her name right off hand, but she is the rudest nurse I've ever in my life encountered. I called and spoke to her over the phone a few times about my husband's problems and I'm being serious when I say that she laughed out loud and made very rude comments!!
