Doctor Hafeez himself is a good Doctor, but his staff are incredibly rude and often do not want to provide the services that is part of their jobs. Example: giving copies of referrals, doing the referrals on time, refusing to fax referrals to other Doctors saying it goes to them electronically, which is not always the case. I've had better interactions with previous employees who were willing to always help. I'm now considering switching to a new Doctor. His staff needs training on customer service!
