I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Azad on the same day for my daughter and me after reading many positive reviews, as we were both experiencing severe cold and flu-like symptoms. However, when we arrived, Dr. Azad was unavailable, and another woman attended to us. I’m not sure if she was a PA or a doctor, but when we asked to see Dr. Azad, she informed us that he wasn’t available and that she would be conducting the checkup instead. I need the whole world to know... my experiences with doctors this last year has been an absolute nightmare. I can tell you with absolute certainty that these people will change your life. The healthcare system in collin County has either been corrupted or they are hiring doctors that just barely passed med school. These people are angels. Dr Azad is great! It's always a great experience to be there. The office is clean and well organized. Both Ms Alam and Dr Azad are very knowledgable and experienced.The front office staff, Stephanie, Katherine, and Abdullah are all very courteous and responsive.
