If I could leave zero stars I would most definitely would have. I called this office on 09/16 and spoke to a lady by the name of Irene after finding out my father has major liver cancer to find out if they had received his referral so I could make a appt. She was absolutely very rude from the time she answered the phone like she hated her job and dealing with customers. It’s hard to get someone on the line once you’re established. Secretary Stephanie is rude. She talks over you and doesn’t want you to ask questions. Doesn’t respect other people’s life circumstances in my opinion.
