I am a former patient of Dr. Arshad. While I never had any issues with the care I received, I recently requested that the office fax my medical records to my new PCP and was repeatedly brushed off for over a month before they were finally sent. Because my new PCP is scheduling appointments months in advance—as is common today—this delay caused a significant loss of time and may have negatively impacted my health. I recommend that prospective patients of Dr.Arshad consider this when choosing their PCP.
I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Arshad and his team. They always get back to me very fast if I call with any questions, need help, or need to book an appointment. They’re all very kind and he takes care of his patients very well. I like how it’s a small practice because I feel the care they give is more personalized.
