Polite in speech, but not very knowledgeable. I was in the hospital for almost the entirety of April because I couldn't stand up without passing out from an extremely high heart rate. Was told that it was just "anxiety" (i.e., that nothing is wrong). What do you mean nothing is wrong? I couldn't WALK. I woke up every morning with a heart rate of 150. I had a phone visit with Dr. Khan as a new patient a few days ago. I also needed a refill of my medication as I recently moved back to Massachusetts from the UK. Dr. Khan was on time and was very engaging, polite and thorough. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment and he was very clear with his questions and explanations.
