on our first visit, he spent over an hour just listening and not talking, at the end of the visit he said he was going to look at everything and give her a call to schedule a follow up. My mom left frustrated because he didn't provide her any real answers or opinions and found it odd that he barely took the time to talk to her. Dr. Tom does truly listen to his patients. He's caring and answers questions that are asked, he is up on all new treatment options. He understands that each patient is different and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a Neurologist.
