This Doctor is paid by Employers to help them deny FML claims. He will spin your words to fit the agenda of these big corporations and leave those in need of help fighting for their lives. I guess everybody has a price but the price you pay with God/Allah is much higher. Paid by insurance companies to write bogus reports to deny insurance liability. This doctor kicked me out of his office when I wanted to record the medical examination. What do you have to hide?
Was in for bacteremia and my leg amputated. Was on of course pain meds for these conditions right up until discharge. This doctor would NOT write a small prescription for pain meds for home to bridge me till I have my Dr visit. Agonizing pain. Thank you Dr. Saleh. I will never forget you letting me suffer
Set-uped my first appointment, went to the appointment, asked to be on previous very important medications, instead the doctor sent an ekg machine to CVS, CVS said they don't have the machine, tried calling the doctors office but get put on hold then they flat out didn't answer the second time, wouldn't recommend this doctor because of these reasons.
