I've seen dr Chambers a few times. Each time was a good experience. Her staff on the other hand is horrible. Every time was just horrible. The lying about trying to contact me was the last straw.
Coming from another urology practice, I found Dr. Thomer to be extremely intelligent AND practical. She gathered my past complex medical information efficiently and completely. Regarding my immediate complaint, she was able to clearly explain the causes and her plans to address it which eliminating my fears. I had bypass surgery 17 months ago. I have seen Dr. Singh once since then. He has canceled 3 appointments and some have been rescheduled with his PA. Most recently, a rescheduled appointment for September was canceled and scheduled with the PA for November: today, that was canceled, and the soonest I can see anyone is January. This doesn’t seem like an appropriate level of care for a cardiac patient. No one answers inquiries left on the portal, and they wouldn’t renew my beta blocker as requested by the pharmacy.
