When I had cancer, Dr. El-Tarabily was amazing. If were not him, I would not be here today. He was caring, showed compassion, and did everything in his power to make me better. He gave me a second chance at life.

Your receptionists should consider that hospitality is a huge part of their jobs. There is absolutely no reason for a receptionist to be as rude as the woman who answered the phone was today because I was going to be a little late. Also preparing a patient for the appointment? Letting them know they need to arrive an entire half hour early? Because no one told me that. Whatever problem she was having before she picked up, she didn't need to be rude with me like she was.
