this doctor office medical assistance team are rude and pre screen calls and forward them when they dont want to deal with a patient. this doctor has so many patients due to his getting them because doctor meta left. to get his work load going to just prescribes narcotics and send them on their way. i will be repoerting this to osha, fmsb and hhs. this is a form of male practice on their office. i called and they took my frustration and startimg yelling and threating to hang up the call and whn i call they place me on hold a... read more
Avoid this place at all cost !!!!! Upon Calling this place they kept me on hold for approximately 25 minutes Was very rude When she heard my voice and discovered I was an African-American male when asking my information put me on hold for another 10 minutes just to check my information. Very rude Place customer service and receptionist are very rude . I waited a very long time just to talk to someone. And this place also only want to Do surgery Like there’s no other alternative bus surgery, they all about the dollar
Dr. A Salem is a miracle worker I had been suffering for many years of neck pain Dr's just told me it was arthritis. I was losing mobility in my arms and neck. Once I was referred to Dr. Salem and had mri done it turned out to be my nerves c3 - c7 dr. Performed my surgery on July 2024 I am so grateful to him because I gained my mobility back in my arms and neck the pain in my neck is very minimal. I'm still in physical therapy but feel so much better then I did before surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Salem to family... read more
My Experiance with Dr Ayman Salem neurologist office was very bad & careless. after waiting two months for my first appointment Anna from Dr office calling one day before my appointment and canceling my appointment telling me Dr have emergency surgery and they have to reschedule my appointment and then they giving me another appointment on September, today we are June 16 and they giving me another 2 and half month to wait . That was very rude very bad and it’s telling me already so much about that Doctor & his office.
