Never had a problem with the receptionist or Dr Salem. Fixed my back up good. I over did things 11 months later and when i called the Dr let me kno i needed surgery again. They treated me with respect and kindness. Im a black male and i didnt feel any racism at all. I appreciate all they have done for me.
This guy came into a friends appointment who had just had brain surgery, and told them they need a CT scan before he can elaborate any further, and then tried to leave after 2 minutes. no doctor appointment should be 2 minutes with all the hoops you go through to get there. idk if he's having a bad day or what, but get it together man and show your patients you actually give a shit. Look at the patient's head, look at their stitches, give them reassurance, be kind. simple stuff really.
this doctor office medical assistance team are rude and pre screen calls and forward them when they dont want to deal with a patient. this doctor has so many patients due to his getting them because doctor meta left. to get his work load going to just prescribes narcotics and send them on their way. i will be repoerting this to osha, fmsb and hhs. this is a form of male practice on their office. i called and they took my frustration and startimg yelling and threating to hang up the call and whn i call they place me on hold a... read more
Avoid this place at all cost !!!!! Upon Calling this place they kept me on hold for approximately 25 minutes Was very rude When she heard my voice and discovered I was an African-American male when asking my information put me on hold for another 10 minutes just to check my information. Very rude Place customer service and receptionist are very rude . I waited a very long time just to talk to someone. And this place also only want to Do surgery Like there’s no other alternative bus surgery, they all about the dollar
