Long waits over booked staff unorganized ridiculous
The front desk staff was very rude, which made me not want to go there anymore.
My first visit was ok. I wasn't happy that he answered his phone while I was explaining the reason why I was there. Then, I was given an appt for the 17th of May (today), and it was canceled for a later time. The problem was that I have another appt scheduled for 4 pm that i waited months for. My appt with Dr. Ani is important to me, so I didn't want to cancel, as I had recently suffered a heart attack and was told I needed surgery.
