Dr. El Zein has such a calm and reassuring personality that he immediately put me at ease. I get pretty anxious about medical appointments, but he took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He’s kind, thorough, and just makes you feel like you’re in good hands. I had my EGD and colonoscopy done last month with Dr El Zein. He was very kind and personable, and the best part of the experience was typed out "results" of his findings on my AVS. This was great because when you wake up from meds, you tend not to remember a lot. I had a a great experience, thanks doc!
I found Dr El Zein on a recommendation from a NP as I needed a gastroenterologist. He has shown a high degree of professionalism along with being personable and caring. He has been very thorough and has communicated throughout the follow up process. I am very pleased with the care I have received.
He is a wonderful Doctor. He is kind and takes the time to talk you through everything that is happening. I would definitely recommend him.
I would give him 10 stars if I could! He has the best bedside manner & truly listens to his patients. I’m glad I finally switched doctors
