Dr. El Zein was the best. He explained everything and took time to reassure me that he was going to take care of me. All the staff were very friendly. Todd the anesthesiologist did an excellent job of making me comfortable as he injected the propafol. It didn't hurt at all. Also, Dr. El Zein, please don't take this the wrong way but I don't know what scent you wear but it smelled very nice, like incense and was very calming. I usually have bad anxiety but whatever scent you wear, share it with me. Lol.
