Very dissatisfied. Small firm, best I can tell 1 lawyer based in Memphis, trying to expand. You never talk to the lawyer and every time you call, it is a different person who doesn't give their name. Instead of having 1 person as a contact/case manager, they have a database where anyone can make notes, so there is no accountability or follow up. Such a horrible experience with the Charlotte office. I used this law firm only because I had to . The PT office I liked stated this would be a good option. These people do not keep you updated at any parts of your accident process and they do not fight for you at all. They actually could care less regarding you.
