This has been the longest process I ever been through. I called. I can’t talk to anyone. Customer service. Seems not to know any answers for me. I’ve been out of the chiropractor for two months. No one seems to get the hospital bills/statements. I was in an accident in May and still don’t know how long this process will take. They do real good at making you a client after that is downhill.
The team was professional, caring, and very helpful throughout my injury case. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
