The whole team was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive after I injured my ACL. I also really appreciated their validation that this was worth coming in for. Also, for my bill after insurance and was so relieved that the charges were reasonable (for example, for a good leg brace and the billing showed about $25, I was expecting so much more for it!). That’s a delightful surprise not to be forked by the health system.
The moment we arrived my wife got elevation sickness, The Blake Ski Resort took us to this urgent care, words can’t describe how caring, patient, accommodating, and professional this whole staff was from start to finish, they went above and well beyond to try to treat my wife, and the Doctor called his doctor friend and even referred us to the local hospital. This was my second stop for my son on a trip to Taos, and what a difference from the first urgent care! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and the only spot I would go if I needed treatment in Taos.
Really great experience with Mogul after I fractured my tibia and fibula on the mountain. Andreas, the first responder, was quick to get to where I was on the mountain, and once he was with me, was very responsive to what I needed, and moved at my pace to make sure I was comfortable thru getting my leg splinted and onto the sled stretcher. Easy to get to via the gondolita or car. Professional, helpful, and nice people working here. Developed some severe altitude sickness and had great care there. Thank you!
