The staff were very knowledgeable and caring but very apologetic with the way the elderly have such trouble being able to access a custom wheelchair at such short notice, I blame the government and the way they handle the GEAT2GO access, it's very frustrating and challenging. The end result was I wasn't able to purchase a wheelchair due to the red tape.
Very happy with my mobility scooter and how Mogo addressed my concerns on few items that needed adjustment. Thank you to Leon, Megan, Dan and Lori for their professionalism, support and service. They were all attentive and made sure all the items I needed adjustments were completed. Highly recommended and again thank you to the Mogo Team.
It has been a pleasure all this years to work side by side with all the Mogo Team. We are really fortunate to have them as our partners in Australia. Thanks team and we hope to be working together for long time!

I want to Sincerely thank the entire Mogo team, especially Jason & Brett! I have been home bound because of a serious back injury & 2 failed surgeries; just had my third (24-12-20). I became a recluse, I no longer wanted to engage socially with family and friends or within the wider community. Being approved for NDIS & being funded for my customised wheelchair w/the motorised attachment was a Godsend! (Just picked it up today, 29-01-21), I feel like I have my life back.
