Just because I'm disabled, I have to fill out a form if I want to buy something. WHY. Is it so you have the time to work out how badly you can fleece me / rip me off. Just because I can't walk properly doesn't mean my brain is dead. I rekon it's because if people are told a price they keel over from shock and you've lost a sale.
I've got one I just need help get the gun properly and I'm disabled I lost my leg
The staff were very knowledgeable and caring but very apologetic with the way the elderly have such trouble being able to access a custom wheelchair at such short notice, I blame the government and the way they handle the GEAT2GO access, it's very frustrating and challenging. The end result was I wasn't able to purchase a wheelchair due to the red tape.
Very happy with my mobility scooter and how Mogo addressed my concerns on few items that needed adjustment. Thank you to Leon, Megan, Dan and Lori for their professionalism, support and service. They were all attentive and made sure all the items I needed adjustments were completed. Highly recommended and again thank you to the Mogo Team.
