This place is absolutely amazing! I'm so tired of Doctors on Duty wait times and non friendly staff. MoGo Urgent Care in Marina is what all Urgent care facilities should aspire to be. I've been here for myself and my two young children more times than I can count and the staff are always very pleasant and efficient. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Second time coming here. $250 out of pocket with no insurance, for the office visit, the treatment, and for the prescription for antibiotics. Walk in with no appointment on a Sunday around 10:30am with 4 people in front of me. Waited & got seen & done with my visit within an hour.
Great service, great customer service. Urgent care can be a positive experience.
This place was amazing. I can't believe I'm saying this about an urgent care center. The front desk was very polite, the seating was comfortable, THEY MADE ME HOT CHOCOLATE! Genuinely, the fireplace on the wall, the music, and gentle lights, I found my zen. When it finally came time to see the doctor, they were very thorough. Everyone was so polite and very friendly. The wait was 10 to 15 mins. They are very thorough and explain everything in terms you can understand. Elly at triage was such a sweetheart.
