I had a great experience at urgent care. A special shout-out to Willow at the front desk for being so kind and welcoming, and to Elly for being so friendly and caring when she roomed me. They both made my visit much more comfortable. Thank you, Willow and Elly!
Went in with a case of cyclosporiasis. Provider gave me Gas-X and told me to eat more yogurt for probiotics. Wouldn't even let me explain my symptoms. Told me they wouldn't bother testing because I was allergic to sulfa meds anyways. I went to another urgent care the next day and the doctor listened to me and got me the care I needed. Turns out I did have cyclosporiasis. The PA here could have caused serious damage to my health had I listened to him. VERY IMPRESSED with this Urgent Care. I was impressed that they took the time to offer me a drink while I waited. The lounge was clean & comfortable. All of the staff were kind & took the time to listen. Instructions were clear before I left
Montage urgent care (Marina,ca) I was denied service because I was in debt with them from 2024 ,2025 .. have outstanding balance.. I am diabetic and insulin dependent and I have open scrape cuts on my leg.. and was informed that Montage urgent care has their own policies there..per: Montage clinic nurse told me ..so here I am with open wounds in this weather
What an awesome staff! I walked in late in the afternoon, and they were able to get me in and out within an hour—maybe even less. The waiting area was nice and quiet, with some good coffee. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. Thanks to everyone!
