I have not had surgery, so my review is based solely on office visits. I was referred here earlier this year. It has been easy to get appointments. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have not experienced the "pack a lunch" wait times described by some, but I do try to get morning appointments before things get backed up.
Unprofessional. Never heard back from them about an appointment that needed to be made. No missed calls, no voicemails. Suddenly they call stating TODAY is your appointment.... Claiming they had left a voicemail. An appointment that was NEVER spoken of or agreed upon - and said to come in. Called back to double check/inform them we would be running late. . .and was snapped at over the phone because we were apparently supposed to be going to the hospital for the appointment.

They take forever for no reason. I’ve been waiting 2 hours to get into a room and now I’m waiting another god now how long for the doctor.
Wanted to edit my original review since unfortunately we had another issue here. My husband was in a car accident with a torn rotator cuff, and this was the only place we could get an appointment for quickly. We waited about 3 hours, plus another hour in the back. When Mogerman did finally see my husband, and my husband was upset (but not belligerent) over the waiting, he told my husband if he was angry he wouldn't treat him and that he was a charity case anyway (we're on Medicaid).
