had an appointment at 12:00, but I had an accident and still tried to arrive early. I arrived at 11:20 and waited until 12:20, but they hadn't called my name. I asked again, and they said the doctor wouldn't be in until 1:00. I was about to leave, but they told me to fill out some paperwork and that I would be seen in about 10 minutes. I've been seeing Dr. Mogbo for over 13yrs (before he hired his wife as an office manager.) The wait time has always been excruciating, even before this fancy office. I'm giving one star b/c I can't give 0. Over the years the doctor has lost his sense empathy for his patients. Since working for/under Baptist officially, it has all gotten worse. Cant say anything negative about Dr. Solomon, but the staff is inept, slow and dont care.this clinic is setup to fail with Dr. solomon not being in clinic everyday and the manager having to sign off on important paperwork. Staff dont know customer service. This place and service is horrid. Never go here for immigration medical exam. Go to ‘the rock medical center’ instead. My wife had a great experience there.

Omg I wouldn't take my pet turtle to this place. All the fancy decor to hide the fact that they are just nasty people. And they are billing people for visits that you didn't go to. The dr will come in the room sit down and start writing. 45 seconds later he gets up and tell you what all you need to do and walks out. Even if you try to tell him, you can see his anxiousness to get to another patient. But Hey,, I guess the more more medicaid and Medicare, the more Glass sinks and stainless steel toilets....

Went to a couple of appointments with a friend and I immediately advised them to find a better clinic! Wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment and his wife is The Rudest person you will ever meet a Horrid person! Be advised that if your in search of a good PCP this is not the place nor is it at all a good place to work I truly feel sorry for their staff and don't understand why any sane person would put themselves through the abuse!
