Quiet and safe
I love living here. It's great for QUIET people that like to keep to themselves and don't want to deal with parties and loud, annoying neighbors. Everyone is expected to be respectful and the owner (mark) ensures that it stays that way. I can't say enough amazing things about Mark and his 2 sons, but especially Mark. He's one of a kind and a wonderful guy. He's there no matter what and is prompt if you have an issue. Better for older folks then for kids which we like.
