Mogan is fantastic! She does absolutely phenomenal work. I went first to someone all the way in Toronto, and it wasn’t a great experience (brows faded patchy, they were very uneven and then the tech didn’t answer when i tried to book a touch up). I found Mogan by searching for a good tech in Montreal. I found a few, but went to her because her line work, colour and shapes all looked incredible.
