I have been here for almost 4 months, very dissatisfied with moving here. Roach infested, rusty refrigerator, have asked for a different refrigerator for 31/2 months. I have been in the food industry for 12 years, rust is unsafe around food & it just continues to spread. Still waiting for a refrigerator without rust. Have informed maintenance of roach problem, also still waiting for for assistance with that. Laundry onsight, have lost so much money in the machines. Sorry that I rented here.

We’ve been here for 4 months going on 5 months and we’ve had several issues with Jack Kaiser(I think he’s the property manager)? We recently just saw 2 roaches in our apartment and have had issues with ants as well. Mind you, my girlfriend and I are very clean people and clean up after ourselves. Have been meaning to come by and post. Not safe for anyone who considers themselves liberals or different beliefs than republicans. I called just for info on apartments, didnt even mention anything about politics or what my beliefs are and was very sweet on the phone. The man on the phone literally said " hopefully you're not liberal ". They missed out on a really sweet, cool neighbor. Weirdooooo vibes lol
do not rent from here. my boyfriend and i signed a lease and went to go clean the apartment before we moved in to find a bunch of dead cockroaches. when we called the office we spoke to Alina Koontz and she was very rude about the whole situation. save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
