DO NOT RENT HERE! have had so many issues for the time being, almost a year. from roaches, to carpet ants, to centipedes, a strong urine odor from our neighbor in the summertime, etc. also the property manager, Jack Kaiser is really weird. Bugs,
I have been here for almost 4 months, very dissatisfied with moving here. Roach infested, rusty refrigerator, have asked for a different refrigerator for 31/2 months. I have been in the food industry for 12 years, rust is unsafe around food & it just continues to spread. Still waiting for a refrigerator without rust. Have informed maintenance of roach problem, also still waiting for for assistance with that. Laundry onsight, have lost so much money in the machines. Sorry that I rented here.
