Have been meaning to come by and post. Not safe for anyone who considers themselves liberals or different beliefs than republicans. I called just for info on apartments, didnt even mention anything about politics or what my beliefs are and was very sweet on the phone. The man on the phone literally said " hopefully you're not liberal ". They missed out on a really sweet, cool neighbor. Weirdooooo vibes lol
do not rent from here. my boyfriend and i signed a lease and went to go clean the apartment before we moved in to find a bunch of dead cockroaches. when we called the office we spoke to Alina Koontz and she was very rude about the whole situation. save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
Applied and was approved for an apartment at Mogadore Square. Was told by Woodbine Management when I requested to make deposits and sign a lease before moving in "We have never produced a lease in advance and have been in operation over 40 years, a lease is signed at move in so you approve the unit prior to signing". So a tenant cannot take the time to review the lease in depth or take it to an attorney.
