I have a typically stubborn little girl, I called Mogadore Eye Care to see if they would be able to handle a child who may not participate or be willing to do an exam. They didn’t hesitate to say, “Bring her in!” They made her feel comfortable and she actually did participate which I didn’t think would happen! That’s a testament to how comfortable she felt! Literally ordered glasses in mid January. They took the money out of my account immediately. Now as of March 6 th they still are not ready. So if u need glasses in a hurry go somewhere else. This is ridiculous. I was told a few more days. They also say this
I had an amazing experience all around, scheduling an appointment as a first time patient was extremely easy. Upon arrival I was greeted and called back pretty quickly. I had a thorough eye exam done where they checked literally everything possible that could be wrong including eye damage. I mainly came in because I thought I was having trouble with light sensitivity and focusing but the optometrist explained reasons why I was experiencing this which could be as simple as dry eyes. Very kind and helpful staff!
Dr. Honeycutt is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. She took her time and did not rush through the exam. I felt confident that I was in good hands here. Staff are also very helpful and kind.
