They don't do their own work just so everyone knows. They sub it out to random companies... beware!!!
The technician arrived on time and went above and beyond to locate a part so that the problem could be resolved the same day. If I could give 5 stars, I would!
Excellent service from a skilled repair technician. Noah is a tremendously skilled, and all-around excellent employee. He walked me through the steps and process he took to repair my microwave, and he had all of the necessary parts on hand. The whole process took less than an hour, and the microwave was up and running in no time. Noah, you did an outstanding job.
This place is a scam. Don’t use it. They called me an hour before my appointment ,with my card already charged for the service call, to tell me the technician was hurt on the job. When I called the office, they informed me that they didn’t service my Kenmore/LG refrigerator. DON’T USE THEM.
Customer service is exceptional. He promptly returned my call. I was able to get the service the same day! Gerry was an oustanding technician!!! Would recommend.
