I like my OB provider dont get me wrong but the way they run things here is ridiculous. I never see my ob consistently, im bounced around to different providers, always wait up to an hour before being seen. Literally waited an hour and 45 before i walked out the other day. And Just to find out my provider wasnt even in the building. Got rescheduled 2 days later and the exact same thing happened again but this time with a different proveder... like this is ridiculous... horrible communication skills and it falls on management... read more
the nurse Madison is one of the rudest nurses i’ve had to interact with. i was trying to get a note because i can’t stop vomiting and she told me they don’t do accommodations for 9 weeks pregnant and unless i can prove im throwing up i can’t get a note for my job. then proceeds to yell at me because i am working nights and she kept me up all day on the phone after telling me she was sending the note to my portal calls back 30 minutes later saying she can’t and i have to come in to either be put on nausea medication or see if... read more
I shouldn’t have to get a call from my partner of her crying saying the nurse was yelling at her after all she tried to do was get a doctors note so she can work during the day instead of working swing shift at night. My significant other said she called and politely asked for a note and the nurse complied at first and said she would get one so she went back to bed and then gets a call saying to hold on because they don’t know then won’t proceed to explain why they don’t know just that they don’t know?!? Maybe some of their doctors do have sense, but the one I went to was absolutely awful. MOGA was highly recommended to me in general, and then Margaret Summitt was recommended so I went there and saw her. She was extremely rude and outrageously ignorant. She said there was no correlation between migraines and gynecological issues, which is of course completely wrong and just a ridiculous thing to say since the relation is well documented in medical literature. I’m only going to give 3 stars because Dr. Mann still practices here. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mann since 2019 and when I scheduled my annual for this year I was not asked if seeing another doctor was acceptable for me. Instead I was just shuffled to the next available doctor without asking for my consent. When I called they stated it was because my normal doctor was booked up.
