I had been a patient with MOGA for 24 years however, I am currently asking my primary physician for a referral for a new OB/GYN. I called to see if I could schedule an appointment with Dr. Chista Chrislar next month after April 15th. I spoke with a young lady who said her name was Denita. This MOGA location is fantastic! Dr. Burana was my doctor, and Miss Kimberly was my nurse. They provided excellent care throughout my pregnancy and up to my delivery. Dr. Burana communicated clearly about what to expect each week as my pregnancy progressed and always took the time to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and his team. Great location with an amazing staff. I highly recommend them!
Dr Burana is great! His support staff is THE worst Maybe they’re better at the Bartlett location but this wolf river one is NOT IT
I felt compelled to share one of my family members recent and most importantly FIRST experience with the front office team. During her scheduling call, she encountered an unpleasant situation that left her feeling uncomfortable and unvalued as a patient, human, and a woman. When she called to schedule her initial appointment, she was met with a team member who was extremely rude and dismissive.
