Waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby and another 30 minutes butt naked on the table. Bleeding at that. Insane how they threaten to charge $50 if you are more than 20 minutes late, but they aren’t on time themselves…. Might want to take off the whole day if you need to come here. Rooms are not well cleaned. They are running what feels like a chop shop.
Dr. Gregory J. Burana was our delivery doctor even though he had nothing to do with it. He let a old woman take control of delivery and all out delivery plans went out the window. The woman delivered the baby while burana just stood by. Even the nurses in the hallway said that he was a push over. We wanted delayed cord clamping but dr burana sat there and watched the old woman cut it right away even though I tried to stop it. The new ai phone assistant is misleading and not useful. I want to talk to a person not a machine.
Will cancel your appointment and then lie in your face and tell you they called to reschedule. They have no problem emailing you about when you owe them money but dont have any decency to text/email when they cancel on you. Garbage.
Waited three weeks to have an appointment with a nurse practitioner Kelly K. In preparation for a hysterectomy. Got checked in 15 minutes before schedule appointment, waited 45 minutes, then was informed she still had two people in the waiting room ahead of me. This is not ok! I have a schedule to maintain as well and waiting an unknown amount of time is total mismanagement of the scheduling system.
