This review is strictly based off of Adrian in the valet. Which is likely a third party company, but I will still compliment where needed. My father-in-law passed here last week. Although I think the actual patient care left much to be desired, Adrian is a shining light for this hospital. The phone just hangs up regardless of what option you chose! Not great
Our experience with a sarcoma specialist at Moffitt Cancer Center was beyond disappointing, it was disturbing. During one of the most vulnerable moments a family can face, we were met with shocking arrogance and a complete lack of compassion. Do not bring yourself or family members to Moffitt. They do not provide good care to patients, they never, ever review your chart until 5 minutes before an appointment. They are so backed up and took on too many patients, you will wait a month for life savings procedures. We fled from their care. You are better off at real cancer center like Sloan, Mayo, or MD Anderson, or even your local cancer center.
