Had to have a breast biopsy. From the moment I walked into the Center I was greeted with smiles! I checked in and wasn’t sitting more than 5 minutes before I was called in. They sat me in a comfy private chair, took my vitals, gave me a warm blanket and offered me a protein bar and water. I felt like I was at a 5 Star Spa! Wait that's all you do here!!!!! See the Dr at 8:30 then wait almost 4 hours for a 30 min treatment. They Absolutely do not care about your time waiting at all. This is all you do here is Wait!!!!!!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and do not go to the Mckinley location of Moffitt and Tampa. Go to the Magnolia location. Vastly different experience between the two. Magnolia location they stopped in the room every 20 minutes or so. Tabitha at mckinley Location was the only responsive nurse here. As you can see from the video she might’ve been the only nurse here.
I have appointments here at least twice a year. I am repeatedly impressed with their kindness, knowledge and professionalism. I recommend Moffitt without reservation!
