I’m disappointed and shocked at the negative reviews left. I’ve been dealing with this hospital for several months now as follow up for my cancer. I’ve experienced nothing but positive experiences from everyone from the doctors down to the valet parking attendants. Seems like a well oiled machine

They take forever to do anything. Me and my mom came in at 10:30 am and didn’t leave until 6pm. The amount of time it takes them is ridiculous
Very inconsiderate staff without a shred of empathy for a human being in pain. I attempted to make an appointment for a consultation and was denied scheduling because the registration person - Megan was NOT FAMILIAR WITH MY INSURANCE. I assured her that I checked and this center is in my network, but she said with a smirking tone of voice that HER SCHEDULING DEPT needs to confirm it ....AS IF I AM LYING??
