Carlos has done my taxes for 2 years. I regret even going to him. The first year it was a constant reason why he needed more to file my taxes. Carlos was supposed to be an honest person. I had him do amended for 2017 and taxes for 2018-2021. This was in Feb of 2022. In May I finally received federal for 2021 but it was $1200 less than what my forms stated. IRS tracked it and said it went to Civista Bank and they sent me what was left after keeping $1200. They stated no other year had been filed. State of Alabama received no forms at all. I texted and called Carlos for over a year trying to track down my refunds. He gave excuse after excuse. Called irs 4 boyfriend and he never filed for us like he said. Now we have late fees to pay unless we can figure something else out. Carlos won’t return boyfriend’s calls.
He will get lots of money out of you and come up with tons of reasons why he needs it to do your taxes. Then he will never do them and comes up with lies as to why he hasn’t or why he won’t send you the info proving that he has filed. He will ignore you time after time and always have lie after lie on hand. HE IS A SCAMMER!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!!!! I wish I would’ve looked at reviews for his business on other sites before using him.
