I am not sure what has happened to this store over the past few years but the last 2-3 times I have visited I have the same experience: Two staff at back desk. Neither ever know how to help you or want to help you. Sometimes a lady is back there who is a veteran employee, but still is not helpful. In fact, she often passes off customers to the other two.
