On March 31st 2008 I was notified that while trying to install new lenses in frames that I already owned that the frames had been broken.Their solution to this problem was to offer me any frame in the store for 1/2 price.After numerous phone calls with Jenny the office manager. I was unable to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. We have been going to Child and Family Eye Care for 6 years!! You will not find a more professional and caring doctor than Dr. Moffatt. They have had some turnover in their staff, which is the case with any small business in America, but they are always ready and willing to do anything they can to make you happy. You will not be disappointed!!
TOO MANY ISSUES – I have been unhappy with this place for a few months. Everytime I order contacts they are ordered wrong. I never had this problem a few months ago and then now it has been a headache. Not only are my contacts ordered wrong but it takes 3 weeks to get them after they are ordered. And the staff could be more professional. I have had several issues with the staff and the way the talk to me. I have heard that other patients have been having similar problems with this office. Dr. Moffatt is the best optometrist weve ever had and weve been going there for years. Dr. Wagner is wonderful also and I had my lasik follow-up through their office. Unfortunately, due to the growth in business, the new office staff often loses orders, does not follow up and are not friendly. Lately, the excellent professional care is not worth dealing with the office staff.
Dr. Moffatt is always pleasant and helpful staff. Weve been going for years!
