During the 2021 freeze I woke up on Friday the 19th with excruciating pain in my left eye. I tried to call doctors all around Magnolia and left messages. The only doctor that called me back was Dr. Moffatt. He said he would open his office and get me in as soon as I could get there. My husband drove me to the office and turns out I had shingles in my eye that was very close to my pupil and I was in jeopardy of losing my vision. I was so impressed with everyone I came into contact with at Moffatt Eye Care! The office staff is friendly, patient and very helpful. And Dr. Moffatt went beyond any other eye doctor I’ve visited in explaining every detail of the exam and results. I have worn classes for most of my life and this office and doctor by far exceeded my expectations !

I have sever dry eye syndrome and after my cataract surgery - it was impossible to function daily. Dr. Moffatt gave me an easy treatment plan that was within my budget and easy to maintain. I just wish I had him perform my cataract surgery. Excellent caring service
I recently went to Child and Family Eye Care at the Magnolia location. I am a first time eyeglass wearer and had tons of questions. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. They made sure all my questions were answered and spent alot of time making sure I was comfortable with my new glasses. I appreciate all the effort that made! Thank you!!
Worst service – I ordered my daughter's glasses and was told they would be in the following Tuesday. I called the folowing Thursday and all I was told is that they were not in yet. The check I wrote for the full purchase price was not presented to my bank for 12 days after I ordered the glasses. It is now 20 days later and I still do not have her glasses. This is after I told them that she had lost her glasses. They offer no explanation nor any ETA, just that they will call me when the glasses are at their office.
