I had a Samsung phone that died without warning. It shut down while I was using it and wouldn't restart. I replaced the phone but I didn't have a back up of all my photos etc. Moff-IT were able to recover all the photos from my old phone to a USB. I felt the price I paid was pretty reasonable considering the sentimental value of some of the photos that they recovered.
Extremely happy with the service I received
Moff-IT is my first port of call whenever I have a problem with my phone or laptop.Tom is my go-to man. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended this business to friends, knowing they will be as impressed with the business as I am.
Have yet to pay for their services but so far I have received excellent customer service over the phone and email with advice in regard to the purchase of a new laptop. I won't hesitate to bring my computer in when it's time for a service or repair.
