Extremely happy with the service I received
Moff-IT is my first port of call whenever I have a problem with my phone or laptop.Tom is my go-to man. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended this business to friends, knowing they will be as impressed with the business as I am.
Have yet to pay for their services but so far I have received excellent customer service over the phone and email with advice in regard to the purchase of a new laptop. I won't hesitate to bring my computer in when it's time for a service or repair.
I had a Samsung A53 and it would do certain things, but it would not make calls, or answer calls. I took it to Tom at Moff It and he had a look, and then consulted with his techinicans in the back and he tried everything that they had said, but nothing was working. He came up with the solution that the phone needed replacing. He then searched the internet for me and found me the best price for a new Samsung S24. He also said that he could set up the new phone for me, and transfer everything from the old phone to the new one ... read more
