I attended a class at Moetus Health with Jenine and it was the best 45 minutes I’ve had in a long time. I hadn’t been back in three years after having two kids, and the class flew by! Jenine is exceptional at leading and explaining — the small tips she shared completely changed how the exercises felt. The space is beautiful, spotless, and has such a welcoming, aspirational atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back!

After a series of unsuccessful treatments by chiropracty, massage therapy and physiotherapy, I pretty much gave up. Recently I was diagnosed with Myofacial Pain Disorder. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I decided to give Osteotherapy a try. I was skeptical and almost didn't go for it.
