I stopped by Moe’s during the early hours this week and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The Male employee working during early hours during the week was rude. I understand people have bad days but that’s not the customers problem. I spent $30 to get food slammed in the bowl and bag and be rushed while Ordering, which made the visit uncomfortable. I will not return to this location.
The food was fresh for the most part. The chips tasted stale though. Our server was smiling and had fast service, but the cashier acted like we were an inconvenience for showing up. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Maybe she was having a really bad day… Overall, the only thing that sets them apart from competitors like Chipotle is the free chips with your meal and unlimited salsa. Prices are similar and quality of food is the same or slightly above at Chipotle. So if stale chips and free salsa are your thing... read more
Wow, outstanding service I go to Moe’s here in Orange city at least 5 to 6 times a month they have this new general manager Dee working here now and he is amazing above and beyond I would give him 100 stars if I could they sure need Him at all the restaurants he goes above and beyond amazing. I will be back here more. Never had this greatest service before here at Moe’s
