I had forgotten how slow the service at Moe's can be. There were no more than four people in front of me but the lack of activity on the service side of the bar was maddening-- I turned around and left.
I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I came in and waited a long time to place and receive my order, even though I was standing right there. The staff seemed much more focused on fulfilling mobile and online orders than helping customers who were actually in the restaurant. It felt like in-person guests were an afterthought. By the time I got my food, the experience was already soured. I expected better service, and honestly, this visit made me rethink coming back.
I came in today and had a great experience with Abby and Austin! They were so friendly and answered all of my questions. They took their time making my food! Excellent customer service 🌟💫🌟
Store was clean....fast service....great food! 2/7/2025 - Great customer service by Josh and the entire staff this evening.....greeted when I walked in....friendly and professional service....food was good per usual....I would still recommend. 💯🤝🏾 6/28/2025 - Another great experience at this location...today's awesome customer service was provided by Nick and Abigail....if the Owner reads this, take note and reward them accordingly beyond their regular pay. 💯🤝🏾
