AVOID!!!! My wife was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door handle for over 30 minutes. Staff said they were not allowed to help due to company policy. Staff eventually called the fire department to assist in opening the door but only after 30 minutes when my son and myself beat in the door to free her. It was extremely traumatizing to my wife that she was trapped inside and that staff did not care to assist. She has suffered from panic attacks since that day as a direct result of the trauma.
