Fresh made every day. A staff that truly cares
I placed a takeout order on apparently (burrito day?) They forgot 2 kids cookies, a CUP of queso and all this after the woman at the register ignored me at the pickup area for 10 minutes in an 80 degree restaurant (was the a/c broken?) no cups at the salsa bar, only lids. I understand it was busy, but all you have to do is read a paper and put those things in a bag. You failed and now Salsarita's Palladium has a new customer. Worst Moe's in NC, don't bother, folks.
Ordered a kids burrito and they fixed an adult. Aleida still said I had to pay for the adult even though yall messed up. she said I could take the survey and get $2 off ha! So, I did just that. Now, I'm letting social media know about your poor customer service and fixing order skills. Normally, I would recommend, but not when you don't treat the customer right.
Moe Mondays are a family tradition with us! 😊
