Got a take out order, my chips were burnt to a crisp and my burrito was missing the chicken! Never again! 👎🏻

I had a screw in my bowl and almost swallowed it. The Store Manager would not give me the owner’s or the District Manager’s number.
not worth the money. used to be one of my favorite places to go, but the service has gone down hill and the portion sizes are ridiculous for the money.
Just got home with my online order. 1 of our 3 meals was correct. One of our bowls had no chicken when it was supposed to. We also ordered a burrito that was made as a bowl, with no chicken either. We also ordered salsa for our chips, which wasn’t included. Not a good look. Two thumbs way down
Cannot order online like advertised and tried to place a large order over the phone. Called several times, 8 I believe, throughout an hour and not a single time did someone answer the phone
Ask for one thing, get something else. Not the friendliest bunch either.

RecommendedI went today during lunch. It was fairly busy but the service was great and the person working the cash register was great. They did ask people to put masks on when they entered but I didn’t see any big fuss like previously mentioned. Although, I don’t know why anyone would get upset about that since it SAYS ON THE DOOR that masks are REQUIRED. Some people believe rules don’t apply to them.
