I waited about a week to make this complaint because I feel like I needed to digest exactly what happened that day. Do not hire this company. This review comes with many but two main complaints. 1) Did not provide upfront pricing, the original cost was supposed to be $400 but of course half way through the job they needed $350 more. 2) They did not clean up and left literally 30+ liters of raw sewage sitting on my bathroom floor. I had a drain issue with my shower drain and called Moe's as I have used them before. The reception staff were lovely and very easy to deal with. Nolan arrived nice and early, and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Not only that, he was lovely to chat with, extremely knowledgeable about what he does, and was happy to take the time to educate me on basic plumbing care.
