I had a phenomenal experience with Moe's, specifically with Nolan and Austin. True class acts - they were professional, prompt, and most importantly got the job done quickly (a difficult main clog from toilet wipes). Nolan explained every step along the way, provided multiple options with costs and they were genuinely a great time to banter with while they were working. Quality of the work is great, but the price in the end was far higher than expected. Ask for a quote up front if you're going to work with them. The reviews on Yelp tell a VERY different story of this company and make me concerned that they've been manipulating Google reviews in some way. Do your research before hiring!

I waited about a week to make this complaint because I feel like I needed to digest exactly what happened that day. Do not hire this company. This review comes with many but two main complaints. 1) Did not provide upfront pricing, the original cost was supposed to be $400 but of course half way through the job they needed $350 more. 2) They did not clean up and left literally 30+ liters of raw sewage sitting on my bathroom floor. Moe did an amazing job! Removed my leaky garburator, replaced the tubes and replaced the kitchen faucet in just an hour! Expert, professional and a very friendly guy. Thank you!
