I’ve only ever gotten takeout from this place, but every time I do, it is PHENOMENAL. The smoked chicken is so good, and the sauces compliment the meat really well. Big fan of the baked beans and the sweet slaw. After moving to Newark over a year ago, we got bored with most of the restaurants in Newark pretty quick. Moe’s continues to hit the spot, each and every time we go.
Great service everyone was so nice and helpful, best collard greens around. Lack of brisket is the only reason I took off a star but the food was great, would love some additional BBQ sauce options but overall it was great and would return. Nice ambience and funky decor, we enjoyed ourselves.
